The nearest technician accepts
We send your request to the nearest available technicians and widen the search automatically if needed.
The technician sets the time
The first technician to accept gets the job and sets the visit time. You receive their name, phone and the time, with a reminder before the visit.
They arrive, then you pay
You pay after the service is done, by Instapay or Card or wallet, and receive an e-receipt with VAT included. Extra work needs your approval before it counts.
Payment is due only after the work is done. You will receive an e-receipt with VAT included.
The technician added this during the visit. You are not charged until you approve it.
The official price is only what appears on this request. The cash collected must match the total shown here. Anything agreed off the platform is not covered.
Open requests expire automatically after 48 hours. You can book again any time.
Address and phone appear only to the technician your request is assigned to — not before.
